Mr. Varun Aggarwal
Mr. Varun Aggarwal is the Chairman, non-executive and non-independent director of our Company. He is also a Director in Bharat Enterprises Finance Services Solutions Limited. He also holds directorship in Bharat Enterprises Finance Services Solutions Limited. He has been practicing as Lawyer for more than three decades. He has been a Director on the Board of our Company since 23rd May, 2022.
Mr. Farhaan Akhtar
Mr. Farhaan Akhtar is the Managing Director CEO of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science. He has approximately 33 years of experience in housing finance. He was the Chief Financial Officer of the company from 13th May, 2014 to 14th February, 2022. Further, he served as the Whole-Time Director & Chief Operating Officer of the Company from 1st September, 2021 to 22nd August, 2022. He has been associated with our Company since 18th August, 2004. Prior to joining our Company, he worked for a period of 13 years with Ind Bank Housing Limited.
Mr. Gaurav Verma
Mr. Gaurav Verma is a non-executive and non-independent director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce. He is the Chairman of Bharat Enterprises Finance Services Solutions and holds directorship in SM Feeds & Farms (India) Private Limited. He has been a Director on the Board of our Company since 12th August, 2022.
Mr. Mukesh Kumar
Mr. Mukesh Kumar is a non-executive and Independent Director of our Company. He holds a Master’s degree in Engineering, Master’s degree in Business Administration, and a Diploma in Computerized Banking Applications. He is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. He has more than 35 years of Banking experience with Public Sector Bank. He was associated with Indian Bank in various roles and retired as Executive Director. He has been a Director on the Board of our Company since 11th September, 2022. He holds directorship in Cap wise Financial Services Private Limited and UTI Infrastructure Technology and Services Limited.
Mr. Mrinal Kanti Bhattacharya
Mr. Mrinal Kanti Bhattacharya is a non-executive and Independent Director of our Company. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and Master’s degree in Commerce. He is a member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India. He is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. He has 25 plus years of Banking experience. His last full-time employment was as an Executive Director of Indian Bank. He has been a Director on the Board of our Company since 11th September, 2022.
Mr. Punnet Kapoor
Mr. Puneet Kapoor is a non-executive and Independent Director of our Company. He is a Chartered Accountant and Cost Accountant by qualification. He has 35 years of Leadership experience within the Tata Group out of which last 6 years was as Managing Director of Tata Capital Housing Finance Limited. He has been a Director on the Board of our Company since 11th November, 2022.
Ms. Rashmi Sharma
Ms. Rashmi Sharma is a non-executive and Independent Director of our Company. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in science and is also a Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. She has 15 years of banking industry experience. In her last role she was associated with IDBI Bank and Exim Bank as Chief Vigilance Officer. She has been a Director on the Board of our Company since 11th November,2022.
